Event Space / Performance Space / Rental Packages

  1. Presentation Package
    The Wellstone Center's introductory package, designed for most needs with one-time events or gatherings. Includes:
    • Two wireless microphones (handheld or lapel)
    • Podium and stool
    • LCD projector, VHS/DVD player and screen
    • Single ice water service for those on stage
    • Standard stage lighting (general stage wash with access to control panels)

  2. Traditional Panel Package
    For a panel of speakers or presenters at your event, you may need additional equipment to the Presentation Package. The Traditional Package offers you a little bit more. Includes:
    • Two wireless microphones (handheld or lapel) and three additional handheld, wired microphones with stands
    • Podium and stool
    • LCD projector, VHS/DVD player and screen
    • Single ice water service for those on stage
    • Standard stage lighting (general stage wash with access to control panels)
    • Five rectangular tables and ten chairs (set-up included)

  3. Non-traditional Panel Package
    A talk show style set-up adds an extra polish to a staged discussion. Perfect for hosting a panel of speakers or presenters with a conversational feel. Includes:
    • Two wireless microphones (handheld or lapel) and three additional handheld, wired microphones with stands
    • Podium and stool
    • LCD projector, VHS/DVD player and screen
    • Single ice water service for those on stage
    • Standard stage lighting (general stage wash with access to control panels)
    • Five rectangular tables and ten chairs (set-up included)
    • Love seat, four arm chairs, two end tables, one coffee table and two plants (set-up included)

  4. Performance Package (1 – 3 Days)
    Hosting a three day conference or a weekend performance? The Performance Package is for you! You'll meet with staff, have full run of the audio / visual equipment and gain access to the green room. Includes:
    • Pre-production meeting with The Wellstone Center staff
    • One hour of audio / visual training
    • Full use of all audio/ visual and lighting equipment (excludes translation and video-conferencing systems)
    • Access to five rectangular tables, ten chairs, and podium with stool (as needed)
    • Access to green room and prop shop (depending on availability)

  5. Extended Performance Package
    Ideal for week-long trainings and performances, the Extended Performance Package offers the same great package items as the Performance Package plus use of the Wells Fargo Gathering Rotunda and St. Paul Traveler's Lobby, free-of-charge for one three-hour period!
    • Pre-production meeting with The Wellstone Center staff
    • One hour of audio / visual training
    • Full use of all audio/ visual and lighting equipment (excludes translation and video-conferencing systems)
    • Access to five rectangular tables, ten chairs, and podium with stool (as needed)
    • Access to green room and prop shop (depending on availability)
    • Three hours use of Wells Fargo Gathering Rotunda and St. Paul Traveler's Lobby with standard reception set-up (must be used consecutively)
